Row 64 (RS): 3tr into the last st of row 63. (Ch1, skip 1 st, tr into the next st) repeat along until 2tr remain. Ch1, skip 1 st, 3tr into the last st. (155 sts)
Now ch35. Turn. 1dc into the second ch from the hook. 1dc into the next 2 ch. Picot. The picot is made by chaining 3, then sl st to the first ch. (Dc into the next 3 ch, picot) repeat along. Sl st to the last tr of row 64. You may need to adjust and twist into a spiral to get a neater effect. The leaf bud spiral does not count towards the st count.
Row 65 (WS): Chainless tr. 2tr into the same stitch. (Ch1, skip 1 st, tr into the next st) repeat until the last 2 sts. Ch1, skip 1 st, 3tr into the last st. (159 sts)
Fasten off.

Row 66 (RS): 2tr into the last st or row 65. Tr into each of the next 2 sts. (Skip ch space, tr into the next ch sp, tr into the ch space just missed forming a crossed tr) repeat across to last ch space. Tr into the next 2 sts. 2tr into the last st. (160 sts)
