My name is Emma and I am a multi-passionate creative. You are here for the crochet, but I am also a colour pencil and mixed media artist under the name of Elkie Wild Art, and run The Colour Pencil Shop Ltd.
I have been crocheting since 2013, and after much pattern testing over the last few years, decided to start designing my own patterns. I am very early on in this designing journey, very much encouraged by Adelle from Vegan Yarn and the fantastic, supportive crochet community I am part of. I mainly work in plant-based fibres due to developing a sensitivity to wool.
I am really passionate about supporting other designers, and really enjoy testing their patterns. If you ever get the opportunity to test a crochet design, it is a brilliant way to learn alongside others and make new friends.
